Since the world went to hell in a handcart back in 2020 we hadn’t toured. This year though, after a 4-year hiatus, we were back on the road and riding in Europe again. We enjoyed our time in Germany so much back in 2019 that we decided it was worth another visit. This time our destination would be the Bavarian ski resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Leaving the UK we would take the Eurotunnel and ride out via Valenciennes and Wurzburg, returning via Chamonix-Mont-Blanc passing through Andermatt and over the Oberalp, St. Gotthard & Nufenen passes in the Swiss Alps. At Chamonix we would go our separate ways with Phil returning to Andorra with Taj and Kyle returning to the UK.
So for our fourteenth tour it would be Phil Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE, Taj Kawasaki ZZR 1400 and Kyle Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT. Our 8 day trip would see us ride just a handful of mountain passes and roads on this occasion, but cover 2,150 miles.
